Yemeni National Stabbed to Death Inside Mogadishu Mosque During Friday Prayers

Mogadishu (WDN) — A Yemeni national, Fikri Hassan Al-Musbahi, was reportedly stabbed to death inside a mosque in Mogadishu while attending Friday prayers, in a shocking incident that has drawn condemnation from his family and renewed concerns over the safety of civilians in places of worship.

According to his brother, Mohammed Hassan Al-Musbahi, Fikri was violently attacked inside the Suuqa Xayaat Mosque in Mogadishu’s Boondheere district. The family says he was stabbed multiple times by a Somali national, ultimately suffering fatal injuries.
