Leader Aadan Madoobe Congratulates the New Leadership of the Galmudug Parliament

Sunday 18 Oct 2026 {HMC} The Leader of the South West State Government, Mr. Sheikh Aadan Maxamed Nuur (Madoobe), has congratulated the new Chairman of the Galmudug State Assembly, Mr. Xuseen Maxamed Nuur, the First Deputy Chairman, Mr. Cabdulqaadir Axmed Cali Quuri, and the Second Deputy Chairman, Mr. Mursal Cabdi Aadan, who were elected today in the city of Dhuusamareeb, the capital of Galmudug State.

The leader congratulated the new officials for the confidence they received from the members of the Galmudug State Assembly, wishing them to perform their constitutional duties with transparency, responsibility, and fairness.

Mr. Sheikh Aadan Maxamed Nuur (Madoobe), the Leader of the South West State Government, emphasized the importance of the new leadership taking a visible role in strengthening governance, democracy, cooperation among government institutions, and improving social services, stressing that the Assembly is a crucial institution for representing the people, upholding laws, and advancing the governance of Galmudug.

The Leader of the South West State Government also wished the new leadership success and progress in fulfilling their work responsibilities, expressing hope that this election will further strengthen the state-building process, political stability, and overall progress of the Galmudug Government.
