Jowhar (Caasimada Online) - The President of Somalia, Mr. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has just arrived in the city of Jowhar, the capital of the Hirshabelle State, where he was warmly welcomed by President Ali Guudlaawe and hundreds of citizens.

Hassan Sheikh immediately upon his arrival at Jowhar airport inaugurated a new terminal section that has been added to the Mohamed Dhere airport, which has been constructed to a high standard, as part of the modernization of the airport.

Additionally, the President is participating in the inauguration ceremony of the new leadership of Hirshabelle currently taking place in the city.

The inauguration is also attended by the Prime Minister, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the Governor of Banadir region, and some of the regional leaders who are currently in the capital city of Jowhar.

On the other hand, security in the city of Jowhar has been significantly tightened, with additional forces deployed on the roads and key locations, ensuring the safety of the leaders participating in the inauguration ceremony of President Ali Guudlaawe and his deputy Abdifatah Hassan Afrax.

The forces are also conducting checks on vehicles moving within the city, to prevent anything that could threaten the overall security of the city.

This inauguration comes at a time when Hirshabelle is experiencing a political crisis stemming from the administration's election, following complaints raised by the Hawadle clan regarding the electoral process. Movements related to these complaints are taking place in the city of Beledweyne, the capital of Hiiraan region.
