MOGADISHU, Somalia — Somalia’s disaster management agency (SoDMA) and federal member state relief ministers held a farewell ceremony in Mogadishu for 25 officials who are heading to China for training on flood response.
The 25 officials from SoDMA and state relief ministries will receive training on flood preparedness, prevention, and emergency response systems.
