CAIRO — Somalia’s Auditor General, Ahmed Issa Gutale, has participated in the inaugural conference of the Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions of Arabic-Speaking African Countries (AFROSAI-A), held in the Egyptian capital Cairo.
