President Hassan Sheikh Lays Wreath at the Dhagaxtuur Monument Commemorating June 26

Mogadishu – The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Mr. Hassan Sheikh Mahmoud, laid a wreath at the Dhagaxtuur Monument in Mogadishu, honoring the Somali heroes who sacrificed their lives for the struggle for independence and freedom of the country. The wreath-laying ceremony was part of the celebration of the 66th anniversary of the day the northern regions of Somalia gained independence.
