The Chairman of SoDMA Receives the Chairman of the Towfiiq Political Organization

The Chairman of the Somali National Disaster Management Agency (SoDMA), Mr. Maxamuud Macalin Cabdulle, received the Chairman of the Towfiiq Political Organization, Dr. Sheekh Maxamed Shaakir Cali Xasan, at the agency's headquarters.

The meeting focused on exchanging information about the overall situation in the country and how to strengthen cooperation to support the Somali people, especially during times of humanitarian crises and various disasters.

The Chairman of the Towfiiq Political Organization, Dr. Sheekh Maxamed Shaakir Cali Xasan, praised the ongoing efforts of SoDMA, which are based on disaster management and the assistance provided to the Somali community affected by droughts, floods, and other emergencies.

For his part, the Chairman of SoDMA, Mr. Maxamuud Macalin Cabdulle, thanked the Chairman of the Towfiiq Political Organization for his visit to the agency, emphasizing the importance of strengthening the role of Somali scholars in addressing humanitarian issues and raising public awareness.

The meeting was also attended by the Minister of Relief and Disaster Management of the South West State, Mr. Cabdinasir Cabdi Caruush, and Member of Parliament Cabdulqaadir Cumar Cabdullaahi from the South West State Parliament.
