Roshan Reddy Missing in Djibouti

Djibouti (Caasimada Online) – Roshan Micah Reddy, an investigative journalist focusing on corruption, government administration, and politics, has gone missing in the Republic of Djibouti, where he was conducting work related to his profession, according to the Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ).

This South African journalist is missing along with a local person who was accompanying him, whose name is reported to be Kooki Mahmoud.

Concerns about the whereabouts of both individuals arose after no information was found regarding their condition, with CPJ requesting the Djibouti government to clarify their location and the status of the journalist.

The organization specifically requested confirmation on whether Reddy has been arrested or abducted, expressing concern over the lack of information regarding the South African journalist.

Reddy deeply investigates issues related to corruption, government administration, and politics, and is based in Johannesburg, South Africa. He is known for compiling and presenting information after conducting research and investigations.
